A Life Among Elephants follows his journey as he studies elephant families in East Africa, uncovering their intelligence, social bonds, and emotional lives. As poaching escalates, the film traces his shift from researcher to passionate advocate, highlighting the urgent struggle to protect elephants from extinction. His legacy lives on through Save the Elephants, the NGO he founded in 1993.
